Great Workout App...missing 1 thing

Is a 5 star app but really needs a notes part for each exercise so if you need to make a note for a certain exercise. Otherwise absolutely the best Gym App out there

Did not care for it

Not open for much in the ways of customization for what I need. I like doing super sets and could not get this work well with me.

Easy to use, quick to set up

I use this to track my gymnastic workouts, not the standard weightlifting exercises. It was very easy to modify to this new use.

Best Ive Used

As someone who has tried several gym apps, this one has been my favorite. Clean functionality, good rest timer, and good built-in data base of exercises. Small areas of complaint are that the cardio exercises are not set up to track all the metrics that Im interested in (time, heart rate, calls) and there is no interval timer for speed based cardio work or superset type lifts.

Dont buy this app

Waste of money. Very cumbersome to use. After long time spent entering data it will accidentally delete it. Avoid this app

Solid App

The app is solid. Like that I can track both strength and cardio workouts. The rest timer is great. Would like to see more exercises included in the database and for the cardio exercises to include time, distance, incline and resistance data inputs.

Workflow just makes sense

Adding to the choir here but this is years ahead of any other weight tracker. The workflow makes sense. Forces you to stick to the right timing between sets. Easy to enter weight, personal records help you push yourself. Apple Watch integration would make this a 5 star.

It works

I have use multiple apps and this is by far the best one! However I would like to see a better history of my weights and reps. My workout consists of one week 15 reps next week 12 reps followed by 10, 8 and 6 reps while increasing weight each week. When I finish the week of 6 reps I go back to 15 reps the following week however its difficult to find the weight where I need to be.

Awesome app

It takes some getting use to but it has help me keep an eye on my work out once I started seeing a differences I want to keep going and this app helped
